Technology and Writing Questionnaire

Dear WCENTERers,

My community college writing program is attempting to understand our
position in regards to the uses of computer technology in our writing
classrooms. We have created a survey which we have distributed to
writing program faculty at our institution. Since we would like to
compare our uses to other institutions, I have been charged with
distributing it to faculty at other institutions to compare our
responses to others. While I realize that this survey is not specific
to writing centers, I know many who teach writing through
computer-mediated means read this list, and many of you do not, so
this will give a nice balance to the responses. I ask for your indulgence.

Please invest 15-30 minutes of your valuable time to complete this
survey. PLEASE DO NOT RESPOND TO THE LIST. Instead respond to me,
cgardner@englab.slcc.edu directly. Quantitative and qualitative data
are necessary as we determine the appropriate direction and goals for
our writing program at Salt Lake Community College. If you have any
questions, please contact me, Clint Gardner at
cgardner@englab.slcc.edu.
