SCWCA Conference one more time

Hi...

Well, the deadline for proposals is this Friday at TCU in Steve Sherwood's
office, and I just discovered that our conference planning office still
hasn't mailed out the registration fliers!  Steve and I have both posted
the pertinent information to the list, and I've been able to answer
questions posted to my email address on campus, so maybe there hasn't been
too much damage.

Let me now add one useful piece of information to the list.  If you want
to call Pleasant Hall to make room reservations (our rooms are blocked off
until March 28th after which they are released for general use), the phone
number at Pleasant Hall is 1-504-387-0297.  The conference is being
coordinated by Lindsey Lightfoot (who won't be answering the phone but
whose name may be useful if there's any confusion) and takes place April
10-12.
