Lynn, et al - we have been cautioned about phone calls and 
recommendations as well.  It had to do with negative statements, 
taping, and the possibility of lawsuits...based on the fact that you 
never know who you are really speaking with by phone.  Say I called 
you to get a reference for me  but saying that  I was a potential 
employer...just because I really wanted to know what you would have 
to say about me.  Aren't we just TOO paranoid.  Barb.
