Oops! I think I just remembered another detail about the NPR case. The suer (as opposed to the sued) was a young woman who was harrassed or abused (foggy memory) by the guy for whom the recommendations were written. SHE (or her parents) were suing the previous school system for not revealing his "problem" in the reference letters. Not a huge detail, but still important, I think. Deb
