I'm not sure I understand what the ruling of that state 
supreme court was.  Sending out any kind of letter of 
recommendation can get you a sexual harrassment charge?  
Sending out negative letters of recommendation can get you a 
sexual harrassment charge?  Does anyone agree to write 
letters of recommendation if they aren't going to be 
positive?  When I don't think I have anything very positive 
to say about students, I suggest they go elsewhere for 
recommendations.  I don't mean to sound stupid, but I don't 
get this ruling.
