Thanks to everyone who replied to my plea for help.  As it turns out,
the dean did not ask for info on peer institutions & wctrs during our
meeting today (!!!) but we have another meeting coming up, so she'll
probably ask for it then.

Individual thanks are on the way, too.  You all certainly come through
when the chips are down!  What a great bunch of colleagues!  I don't
take _any_ of you for granted!
