Cynthia -- here's a name and e-mail address for Nora Shannon,  a super resource 
person for working with deaf students -- and she can put you onto a 
project called ELTOP -- they had an e-mail group discussion last 
spring that was terrific -- I've become unconnected to them since 
going off-line in the summer (and failing to hook up again in the 
fall!!!) but try Nora and see what you come up with:
