scheduling

     Someone just mentioned scheduling 62 tutors--an I thought my job with 
     45 of them was tough. Tell me, PLEASE, someone out there must use an 
     automated (windows computer) program for this dreary task. I've been 
     asking around on campus for such a creature for over a year and no one 
     knows what would work. Surely a centaur has the answer! In fall, it 
     took us over 80 human hours to the task--ridiculous.
