peer tutor training

Folks,
	I'm a raw recruit; this is my first year running our
Writing Center, and I've only recently signed on to this discussion
group.  I'm glad to see a few references to tutor training--a topic
I hope you can help me with.
	i'm putting together a proposal for a 1-credit training course
for undergraduate peer tutors.  This way the tutors will get something
official in exchange for the training time we can't afford to pay them
for--and they'll be better prepared too.  So, any ideas or references
for what might, should, or simply must be included in training?
