The publisher for the 1993 version is Pantheon Books, a division of Random
House. ISBN 0-679-41860-1. I didn't seem to have any difficulty ordering my
copy. I love her books as well. Nothing like a little sense of the absurd to
take the edge off all this grammar stuff, yes?
