new OWL address at Michigan

I'm going to echo Mickey's request here:  the University of Michigan OWL
has a new address, too, but ours isn't because of a snazzy new server; the
OLD address was actually a peer tutor's account, and he's now a graduate
student at UCLA!  So far, we've been able to keep his account alive, but
there has been some distant rumbling about doing so.
