Okay, James -- feedback you'll get. It won't be until next semester, 
though, probably.  We have a couple of less than crammed days right 
after midterms, but then it gets wild again, so I'm not trying to 
recruit more users right now -- the focus is on getting students to 
make their appointments AHEAD and to work with faculty on special 
needs that come crashing down -- I had philosophy profs. come to a 
tutor meeting so we could all talk about the demands of the papers 
they were about to assign, and develop some process worksheets to 
help the tutors help the students.  It seems to be working pretty 
well.
