Here's the info on the business text.

Title:  Business in Literature
Editors:  Charles A. Burden and Valerie E. Mock

The second edition (1988) was published by Georgia State University.  But it's
out of print.  So Frank (my spouse) did the Kinko's packet--and thus was able
to decide on his own selections. He got permission from Burden.  Burden himself
has been using a Kinko's version, I guess.

But Frank thinks that Burden is getting the book republished by Michigan State
Burden is at Georgia State, if you want to contact him.
