For those of you who missed the great script James posted to WCenter
(or if your trigger finger hit the delete key too quickly), he's
agreed to have it reprinted in the _Writing Lab Newsletter_. Thanks,
James!

And as for that slump in attendance you asked about, I do realize that
there's an ebb and flow to our traffic (and last spring on WCenter, we
had a discussion about the problem of spring drop-off in the numbers),
but still we all get concerned. I find myself always dealing with last
month's problems. After our usual lower stats last spring, I went full
swing into a major PR campaign. The result has been an overflow of
students, and now we're trying to cope with what to do for students
who have to wait a week or more to see a tutor. If there's a solution
to that and if I stumble into it, I'll have solved the problem about
the time that usage falls off and the lab naturally quiets down. So,
naturally, I'll start worrying about that, gear up for another PR
campaign, etc. (Does any of this recall the famous Vonnegut mantra,
"And so it goes......")
