internet access

Hi all,

Our English lab pentiums recently got wired for internet access and Netscape
was installed.  We are wondering if there are any problems or legal issues
we should be aware of before we turn our students loose. Do you require
students to register or sign any thing before they can use netscape? What
kinds of problems have you had, if any?
We would appreciate any suggestions you may have based on your experiences.
