Re: TQM-like stuff for WC

Just returned from a 4 day workshop on quality learning where the basis of
the workshop is really TQM in the classroom. It is being sponsored by the
Ohio State University College of Ag and it was wonderful. How to improve
learning through TQM skills. I can't send it on...just too much for now.
Maybe in bits and pieces. Our institution is trying to use TQM for
management...seems to me the director of our two-year college (we are under
the College of Ag at OSU) uses TQM when he wants...and then goes about his
usual "do it my way" when he doesn't want to use TQM. We have a long way to go.>
