OOOPS! In my groggy no-coffee state this morning, I just sent an empty message
to the list. Mea culpa, mea culpa.

Actually, I was going to respond to the questions about release or reassigned
time. I only supervise the center -- train and oversee tutors, coordinate
schedules for tutoring and workshops, network with faculty, and so on -- and
receive 2/3 reassigned time. And my dean has acknowledged that I really should
have an assistant. (There is, of course, no money available for such a person.)

I agree that what they're asking you to do is really 2 FTE.
