I think you folks most be going through a crisis of unparalleled proportions,
but I trust that Cristina and JOe have helped create a foundation that will
withstand everything that comes your way, especially with Steve guiding 
the way.  

My impression has always been that you guys had a lively and stable 
adminsitrative structure that could survive whatever fate threw your way 
without relying on the vision of a single person.  You also have the incredible 
depth of talent in your staff to rely on.  Lead on!

Now, you get to test my vision of you.  Isn't that *special*?

I'm really deeply interested in your transition to a new administration because
I suspect that many of us ol' time directors are getting ready to trust our
visions to someone else.  I hope you keep WCenter apprised of how it goes.
I think we can all, once again, use your center as model.
