Jeanne,

I could have written your comments with regard to math, right down to 
the frustration of working with my dad and to adding columns twice!  
Add to all this the misfortune (?) of having a sister who is a math 
teacher and a brother who majored in math until the middle of his 
senior year in college, when he then switched to English (and still 
managed to graduate in the summer)!  All that kept me from feeling 
like the family idiot was the fact that I could write circles around 
my sister and definitely hold my own with my brother, who eventually 
became a typically articulate attorney.  It's nice to know I have 
company among friends.
