I just wanted to thank all of you  -- Kevin, Bill, Beth, Kim, Clint, Joan,
Neal, Sara, Mike, and Jo -- for responding to my inquiry when I was
hyperventillating about the last minute request from residential life for
in-dorm tutoring. You raised some really important points and enabled me to
reflect on what fulfilling this request would really mean. Perhaps more
importantly, you enabled me to cool down and become rational about the whole
situation. Because of your response, I was able to draft a thoughtful memo that
argues for advance planning for next year. I'll let you know if it works.
