Procedures manual online

This may be a little late, but I've just got back from the beach and back on 
to WCenter....

Last month, Kris Walker and several others wanted to know if there were any 
writing center policy and procedures manuals available on line.  Well, I just 
happen to have found one that looks pretty useful; it's by Roy Sheldon at 
Washburn University and you can find it through the NWCA page
