The Virtual Tutor???

     Greetings!
     
     I am (bravely) attempting to become enlightened in the uses of 
     computer technology in tutoring.  Can anyone out there recommend 
     anything that I might want to read concerning the "virtual tutorial" 
     and where writing centers may be headed in the computer age?  I'd 
     appreciate any suggestions.
