Lady, thanks for the suggestion. I'd take it, but unfortunately unless I 
schedule our meeting for midnight on Saturday (past my bedtime...) there doesn't 
seem to be any time this semester when all the tutors are free simultaneously! 
Generally, what I do is make a schedule, then let them negotiate any changes 
they want, and tell me before I print up the official schedule.

And yes, I get the weird times too--Sunday evening 6-8 seems fairly common this 
year...
