Subject: Schedule software?

As I'm sitting here struggling with the schedule for our Center this fall (why 
do grad students ALL take classes at the same time?), it occurred to me to ask: 
do any of you use scheduling software? If so, what, and how does it work? (I'm 
interested in something that will run on a PC. The one MAC in our dept. is 
dead.)
