Thanks, again, for all your ideas.  We have used a simple sign-in form with
our clients for many years.  I am now trying to gather more info by
having the staffers fill out a "contact" record on each interaction.
I've been thinking a lot about what I'll be doing with the info I gather,
and, of course, that has helped me refine the contact record form.  But
your ideas and thoughts have helped, too.
