More on Forms

	I appreciate Linda's desire to save the writers aggro and time, as
well as Katie's reservations about having staffers fill out forms for the
writers.

	If the writer looks glum or paralyzed at the sight of the form,
the staffer might take dictation--asking open-ended questions, writing
down the answers on the form. Writers seem to find this encouraging: look,
she's writing down what I say! It also leads naturally enough to more
backchat about why the writer came to the Center.

	On another subject, thanks to those who gave me WAC references!!
I appreciate them.
