Though I've mostly been a lurker, I appreciate all you out there who have writt
en so eloquently about the issues and strains and pressure of wc life.
I'm now resigning as coordinator of the Language Development Center at San Jose
 Statu University to take over as Coordinator of Tutorial and Academic Skills
at DeAnza Community College (a tenure-track, well paying position, but
also scary in that it's not only writing but EVERYThing across campus)
So I too am signing off this listserve after enjjoying it for over a year.
Ihope folks are as nice on the Learning Assistance listserve I've been referred
 to!
