Lisa,

I think what you describe happens to all of us, but Katie and Jim are 
right; it's time to look at the position. Your administration must know 
how much extra work you've taken on. If they don't, maybe it's time for a 
lengthy memo with all those neat statistics about how many students you see.

Do you have peer tutors (or professional ones - guess my preference is 
peer)? If not, how about getting your budget expanded to hire and train 
some students?

The suggestions to get a bit of exercise and take some time off are real 
life savers, but they're only stop-gap measures (albeit excellent ones). 
You need to have soem real budgetary assistance from the top.
