Re: remedies for weariness

Lisa

What is happening to you could have any number of causes, professional,
personal, physical. I would urge you to take the time to make sure it
isn't the latter. Sometimes, we get so busy, we forget to take care of
ourselves, and keeping healthy is the first priority in doing that. So,
perhaps a bit of assessment of how much coffee or tea you are drinking,
how much sleep you are getting, how much exercise, and if there might be
something like anemia or low blood sugar or allergies at work here. Any of
these can leave you feeling wobbly.

And then, the other advice--delegating and so on is good advice.
I'd also do a time-use analysis, Lisa. You may be spending too much time
on non-productive activities that could be dispensed with. When we get
very busy, setting priorities can be difficult. Suddenly, everything seems
equally important.

And...keep telling us about how you're feeling. Just telling *does* help.
And we care very much about you.
