The first version of the SCWCA Home Page is now functional.  You can find it at
http://www.ualr.edu/~rwdept/SCWCA.html

I hope you take a look.  Feedback is always appreciated, but I suggest you mail
me, not WCenter.

The individual state pages are not yet available.  If you are in the South
Central region and want an email address or url on the appropriate state page,
please get me the information.  I'll try to get the state links up and running
soon.

Bruce, feel free to link us to the NWCA page.
