Elisabeth,
St. Mary's (San Antonio) shut down today because of the Big Freeze.
So I am doing a rare thing, looking at the 266 messages in my box when
I got your gentle reminder.  I had been meaning for day to call you
to request audio-visual equipment for our presentation in Austin.
We will just need an overhead projector for: "Numbers Talk, the
Institution Listens."   Please let me know if this is a problem. 
We are driving up so we could bring a projector if needed.
Looking forward to the conference.  Have already made reservations at
Double Tree.  I will check on Monday to be sure the University has
sent in our reservation.
