At the end of the NWCA meeting in St. Louis, there was an invitation to
regional organizations to sponsor the next one.  Has anyone offered?  Are plans
afoot for the next national meeting?  I think I remember that the plan is to
have a national meeting every year and a half, which would make it next spring
some time.  I can't stand a mystery:  where's it gonna be?
