Help: Hygiene

Hi folks,
	I need advice.  Two graduate students (a tutor and lab manager) have 
come to me to complain about a tutor having body odor and other hygiene 
problems.  Although uncomfortable about dealing with the situation, I had 
the tutor come see me, and I told her about the situation (without 
mentioning any names).  However, the graduate students came back to see 
me today and said the situation is no better.  I really don't know how to 
handle the situation without hurting someone's feelings.  I told the 
graduate students I'd think about how to handle it.  Any suggestions?
