I, too, an interested in the idea, a feeling we often share as writers.  
Where do I go?  How do I get out of this situation?  These are the same 
feelings our students have when they enter the writing center for the 
first time, and all too often, what we do in the first few minutes helps 
to determine if this will also be the last visit for the student.
