Strange message

I, too, have been getting the strange message:

NEWMAIL
> Article not accepted by server; not posted.
> 400 No space left on device writing article file -- throttling

Don't know what it means but seems like our messages are going
through anyway.  Another item on my list to discuss with the new
sysop person (by the way, Eric, thanks for the word sysop).  I'm
trying to get him to reestablish hypermail so we can access the
wcenter archives right now.  Don't want to overwhelm him since
he's new to the job.
