To all of you who expressed jealousy of the snow...well,  we're sure
getting a lot of it. It is still snowing like crazy here, blowing and
drifting.  I'm apparently smack in the middle of a narrow band of very
heavy snow. Bobbie and Wes are only two hours north and west of me and
they haven't had a flake.  Champaign-Urbana, 50 miles north, has had about
3 inches. Here at Chez Simpson, we've had about a foot.  

Just me, my Brittany and my dachshund, the computer, and all that snow.
I'm three miles out of town, and while the nearest blacktop has been
plowed, the lane hasn't; not even sure exactly where it is right now.
It's nice to be on-line with all of you. Keeps me from feeling completely
marooned. 
I hope 1996 is a good year for all of you.
