Jack,
Send email to listproc@unicorn.acs.ttu.edu, leave the subject line blank, 
and in the first line of the note put:

  get wcenter 9507

Send. That should do it. You should get the file back from listproc in a 
few minutes. 

You can also get to wcenter archives via gopher or the web, if you 
prefer.
