wc design as distinct from other kinds of design?
here's a question:
while i appreciate the usefulness of the proposed wc design project, i think
it might be important to ask how wc design differs from other office designs.
i think i am asking because i have always hated unnecessary duplications, and
i know that there are many books available on designing office and workspaces.
i think that before a project assembling the kinds of designs for writing
centers is undertaken, we might want to consider why we need to begin this
project. what about wc design makes it different from other workspace design?
what are the needs expressed in wc design which are not filled in
descriptions of other workspace design?
i'd just hate to see us reinvent the interior architecture wheel if we didn't
have to.
