Housing/2nd International writing centres conference

I am looking for someone who is already booked into the hotel for 
Wednesday night, September 27 through Saturday night, September 30 to 
share a room with a non-smoking female staff member of mine.  She would 
very much like to attend the conference but hesitates to makes final 
arrangements until she can be assured that she will have housing.

Please let me know as soon as possible.  Thanks.
