Can't think of a better place to pose this concern. While you may not 
recognize me, I have been edified by your remarks over the past months 
while lurking. Its time I popped in! Here's the situation. Recently
while speking with a class about sending papers on-line to our 
WC at University of Toledo and talking to students about what that 
entailed, (specifically sending remarks and questions about specific
areas of concern) a students wondered how that was different than just
dropping off a paper and then picking it up once it had been "gone
over" which is not something we do. In contrast the students and
paper must be present. Quite frankly, the only answer I could give
was, "Thant's a good question!" So here we are, "Have you dealt
with this? How so?
