RE: MBTI -Reply
My MBTI "scores" have changed, too. I wonder if that's a function on
aging? :-) I also had a colleague ( a lovely librarian) suggest that
she has worked on changing hers. She's naturally an introvert, but saw
the need as director of the library to be more extroverted.
Mine changed so that all scores but one were less clearly in any quad--
does that make me wishy-washy, confused, flexible, or expedient? Dare
I suggest that we learn to come more to the center as we need to deal
with all types? One colleague suggested that women in particular adapt
their type to meet others' needs and expectations (don't holler at me
about this--I'm just reporting :-))
