Richard-- Even though I am a proponent and user of the MBTI, let me second your caution. We should not be engaged in pyschological diagnosis. The MBTI, if used properly, does not do that. That's why I'm adamant about only having qualified users administer the instrument and am very suspicious about popular versions such as Kiersey/Bates (the version found on the net).
