Tom has also written a superb article on how personality preferences affect
evaluation practices, using Ed White and Peter Elbow as exemplars, that
will appear in the fall issue of _Assessing Writing_. The article itself
is fascinating, but as helpful perhaps is Tom's explanation of the Myers
Briggs and how it fits in with the teaching and the reading of writing.
