Jim,

We have a big square tin that started with M&M's, then progressed to mixed 
candies, then peppermints, and then became seasonal: peppermint sticks for 
Christmas, jellybeans for Easter, candy corn for Halloween.

The tin rests in the center of the main table consulting table, and it 
fascinating to watch consultants and clients reach out blindly for the tin 
in the middle of a hot session.

They complain when the tin is empty,too. One of the consultants claims she 
needs the sugar boost to help her think, and is the loudest voice when the 
tin is empty.
