Everyone,


Each semester we have a WC party with major food and poetry readings by 
faculty, staff, and students. It is always a big success. The food and fun 
envites all walks of life into the center and sets up a feeling of warmth. the 
door prizes centering around better writing skills is a good lure, too.  
Another good idea for parties are role playing skits of what various tutorial 
sessions are like. They are often funny, but students and faculty witness the 
goals of the center. It also makes instructors encourage students to visit the 
center. Do any of you have parties to introduce the campus to your services?
