Beth, the answer to that question depends on your system, so your 
computer gurus are the best ones to ask.  Ask them if they have Pine, the 
mail manager.  Most people have this program because it's free to 
universities, but you'll have to go through a few simple steps to install 
it on your account.  In Pine, all you do is type R for reply, and it 
prompts you, asking if you want to include the message.
