Barry,

If a WCENTER got a note forwarded from WCENTR-L with no header *and* no 
signature, then I made a mistake. The problem, then, is with the 
competence of WCENTR-L's moderator, not with the sibling-list system (a 
system that I will, as you know, defend to the death--assuming we're 
talking virtual demises). 

I'm sticking as close as I can with the original plan here:

--> *most* everything posted to WCENTER gets forwarded to WCENTR-L (the 
only messages that don't get passed along are the "me too's" and other 
redundancies)

--> *everything* from WCENTR-L gets forwarded to WCENTER. No exceptions. 
There's no separate conversation going on over there. What goes on there 
goes on here. The lists are practically Siamese twins.
