I don't really know where to begin.  As most of you know, Jennifer Jordan-Henleyand I have had a project where are students have conferenced in real time

Both of us can talk for hours on the project.  It's easier to answer specific 
questions than global ones.  I'd be more than happy to try to respond.

I do recommend you look for our article in the January WLN.
