Thanks for the venting.  I was feeling a little uncomfortable at having 
revealed my tension--although I have already received quite a bit of 
helpful advice.  Sometimes, as WC director, and a new one at that, I feel 
that I am always answering questions, soothing others, explaining one 
person to another.  I can't let my fear show.  The captain can't be seen 
hanging, green-faced, over the edge of the deck; this makes the crew 
nervous(|Q)..
