Roberta and Carmen,

At Worcester State College (Worcester, MA), our staff consists of one
tenure-track English faculty who receives a one-course reduction to 
serve as director, one English grad student who serves as asst. dir.,
and 9 undergraduate peer tutors.  We report to the chair of the 
English department.   Since we are only in our first semester of 
operation, we regard the arrangement as ok.
